The warehouses are equipped with modern high bay pallet racking, mezzanine floors, and modern shelving. Efficient order assembly is based round "bar code scanning" workstations. FPL offices all have Superfast fiber broadband, interlinked with a Cloud-based Voip phone system.
Sites have internal and external CCTV recording and number plate recognition of all vehicles.
