One-year anniversary of Thatcham Head Office

April marks the one-year anniversary of our new Head Office being open in Thatcham. Our impressive new 60,000 square foot warehouse, has been our biggest and most important investment yet. What has changed and what have we learned this year?

• We have taken on 11 new members of staff, ranging from finance, warehousing, and administration roles
• We have had an exceptionally successful year welcoming new eCommerce brands and trade order customers into our warehouses, including a FTSE 100 company
• A focus on green sustainability goals and the ways we can reduce our carbon footprint including solar roof, electric fork trucks, and vehicles. Plus we are now recycling over 85% of our waste.

Taking on a wonderful new building like this has been a marathon, not a sprint. It has been a team effort to get it up and running smoothly like our already well-established warehouses in Silchester.

So, what’s in the pipeline for the next 12 months?

Now we are comfortably within the USA, with our warehouse operation being run by Gary Wang, in Fort Lauderdale. Our next goal for the next 12 months is to concentrate on expansion within the EU. With things already in motion, we are very excited – watch this space!
